NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough Administrator, for the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Haddonfield, a municipal corporation in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey, on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time in the Auditorium of the Municipal Building at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

“EMERGENCY SEWER MAIN REPAIRS”

Bid packets, including instructions and specifications, are available in Room 101 of Municipal Hall, Borough of Haddonfield, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ, 08033. The bids are to be received in Room 101, either in person or by mail, prior to bid opening.

Bids must be submitted on standard form, available with the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked on the outside for “EMERGENCY SEWER MAIN REPAIRS.”

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
