Schedule an Inspection

-Please include permit number and property address in the subject line of email
-All Subcode inspections are completed Monday-Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Exact times cannot be given since the schedule changes daily.

You will receive a response via email, either confirming the requested inspection or to make additional arrangements due to availability.  If you do not receive a response by the end of the business day, please contact the Construction & Zoning Office at (856) 429-4700 ext. 210 to ensure receipt of the email.
Please be patient as we implement this new method for scheduling inspections.

Please provide the following information in the body of the email:
Permit Number
Address
Type of Inspection - please be specific. ex: Building can be framing, insulation, footing, final, etc.
Date of Inspection - 1 or 2 days in advance
Name
Phone Number
Additional Information -
ex: Lock Box #


If any of this information is missing your inspection may not be scheduled



Important Things to Know:
1. Inspections made through the Construction Office are for new construction and renovation only. 
Applications for Fire Safety and Sidewalk Inspections for home sale and rental can be found here.
2. Emergency inspections will be performed on an as-needed basis. 
3. An inspection can not be scheduled without a permit number.
