Tips from Camden County Mosquito Commission
Camden County’s Mosquito Commission does spraying on public road throughout the County during the breeding season to knock down adult mosquito populations.  In addition, inspectors are on the job every day to lessen the occurrence of mosquito breeding.  But the frontline to mosquito control is you.  Tips on how to fight the battle of the Buzz and how to make sure your property doesn’t become a breeding ground for mosquitoes is available at www.camdencounty.com.

Property Tax Grace Period
The Commissioners have allowed property owners of the Borough of Haddonfield a grace period to pay property taxes due to changes made in the state budget. The grace period for payment of the third quarter property tax bills will be 25 days after the third quarter installment was mailed.

Historic District Ordinance Review
The Borough Commissioners have hired Carter van Dyke Associates to assist in an update of the borough’s Historic District ordinance.  They would like to receive comments, suggestions, complaints and recommendations from the residents and landlords that own property in the district.  We are NOT considering an expansion of the district at this time.  The focus of the review is on the existing rules and regulations of the ordinance.  A public survey is available on the Borough website and is also available at Borough Hall and the Library.  We ask that you take the time to complete the survey.
