If conditions affecting the health and safety of the public are further compounded by water use after this restriction is in place, as additional prohibition of outdoor watering during the 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. period will be enforced on alternate days, such that properties with odd numbered addresses are allowed to water only on odd numbered calendar dates and properties with even numbered addresses are allowed to water only on even numbered dates.
In extreme cases or ongoing conditions affecting the health and safety of the public, the prohibition of all outdoor watering will be enforced.

TEMPORARY SIGNS
Code Chapter §191-5 explains that signs are NOT allowed in the park strip, nor are they allowed to be attached to the utility poles and street signs. They CAN be placed on private property (in your yard). This specifically addresses the following types of signs:

Real estate signs
Yard sale signs

SUMMER CURFEW
Parents and juveniles are reminded that summer curfew hours are now in effect – 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., seven days a week. An exception is applied for juveniles in the company of parents. The curfew was imposed early in 2007 in response to an increase in the number of “criminal mischief” incidents in recent years, the majority of which were perpetrated by youth, many of whom were residents of nearby towns that have curfews.

HAVING MULCH (etc.) DELIVERED?
