Property Tax Bills due February 1st, May 1, August 1st, and November 1st. The Borough offers a 10-day grace period for payment of taxes.  If the 10th falls on a weekend or Holiday, the grace period will be the following day. The 2nd quarter 2020 tax payment is due on May 1, 2020. At the May 12, 2020 Commissioner Meeting a Resolution was passed authorizing the extension of the grace period to June 1, 2020 for the 2nd quarter tax payment.  Property taxes received after June 1, 2020 will be delinquent have interest charged back to the statutory due date of May 1, 2020. Please note that we do not accept post marked envelopes or post dated checks.

You can still pay your property taxes at Borough Hall – there is a black mailbox at the front of the building that is strictly for dropping off items for our departments.  You may put your bill & check in an envelope marked for the “Tax Office” in that black box as we check the box daily.  If you enclosed your entire tax bill, it will be stamped “Paid” and mailed back to you.
