The Partnership for Haddonfield is seeking a Retail Recruiter who will be responsible for proactively identifying and recruiting retailers to Haddonfield.
The Retail Recruiter will interface between prospective retailers, landlords, and Borough departments to match new retailers with appropriate spaces in Haddonfield.
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours, 21 hours per week.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
Experience in one or more of: commercial real estate, retail, sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related disciplines.
      Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, build support among stakeholders, listen and provide assistance. Coalition-building skills, including the ability to motivate, negotiate, and persuade stakeholders into a course of action.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
