Enforcement is complaint driven.  The Borough thanks you for your assistance and cooperation.

Code Enforcement performs all appropriate functions regarding the investigation, identification, and verification of unsafe, unseemly, and unsightly conditions, which, if left unchecked, could threaten the public health.  The purpose of this ordinance (Haddonfield Borough Code Ch. 173-11: Property Maintenance, which can be viewed here.) is to ensure that all properties within Haddonfield are properly maintained and to protect the lives, health, and property of all residents.

A complaint can be filed one of numerous ways:
-visit Rm. 104 to speak with the Code Enforcement Officer directly

(Complaints are confidential however, please keep in mind that emails are subject to OPRA requests.)

Examples of complaints:
-overgrown yard
-properties in disrepair
-trash placed incorrectly  

Please submit complaints regarding rentals, restaurants, hoarders, vermin, or abandoned swimming pools to Camden County's Health Department at (856) 757-7285.
