Online Meetings
All meetings are now IN PERSON
Online Meetings are conducted through Zoom ( https://zoom.us/ )
or through GoToWebinar (https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/join-webinar)
For members of the public interested in participating in any of these meetings, please read the following:
- You can use a computer, laptop, tablet or your phone to participate in the Zoom meeting. You may need to download software if you have not used Zoom before.
- You can sign on to watch the video portion of the Zoom meeting regardless as to whether your device has a camera and microphone or not.
- If you do not have a microphone you can call any of the numbers listed below. You will be directed to enter the meeting number and password, which are also included in the invitation.
- You can join the meeting by either clicking on the link in the invitation, or if you are familiar with Zoom, you may enter the meeting id directly on the Zoom home page.
- Changing Views – You have two options for viewing. One is gallery view, which shows everyone, and then there is speaker view which will show one large picture of the person speaking with much smaller pictures around. To change your view – point your mouse in the upper right hand corner of the screen. One of the two options will show up, click on the option and it will change your screen to that option.
- Members of the public will be muted until the appropriate time during the meeting. If you are participating through a computer, laptop, tablet or phone please use the “raise your hand” option.
