Scheduling Rooms, Fields and General Event Permits

BOROUGH FACILITY & FIELD RENTAL PORTAL 

The Borough now uses an online scheduling system to reserve buildings, facilities, and fields for events and meetings. We will no longer accept paper or email requests.

Event requests are still subject to the Commissioners' approval.

This system will allow you to reserve any room inside Borough Hall or any other Borough-owned building AND schedule field usage for all Borough-owned fields.

First-time users must create an account to proceed. For questions concerning account creation, please call 856-429-4700 or email events@haddonfield-nj.gov.
